LMG Director of Concert Touring Steve McCale has contracted Glow to help launch the company’s new concert touring division. Offering a new model for the industry, together they will market integrated solutions for sound, lighting and video; and offer artists and managers new ways to monetize their investment in touring. Although LMG is a leader in corporate events with clients like Autodesk, Discovery Networks and Disney, the touring division will newly branded and publicized as a new player in the market. The division’s launch is planned for November 2008, but they have already kicked things off with the Avril Lavigne tour. Talks with numerous A-level artists are already in the works and LMG being received as a welcome breath of fresh air.
