As part of AES Show week, Glow Marketing led the event marketing strategy and sponsor coordination for a private after party and soft restaurant launch benefiting the nonprofit Space Space. The event was hosted at The Majestic—a new Los Angeles venue by KamranV and Chef Dustin Trani—and featured high-end audio demos, gourmet cuisine, and exclusive tech previews.
Glow Marketing Services Provided:
Event Branding & Strategy: Developed the event theme, guest flow, and pre-show communications.
Sponsor Activation: Secured and managed participation from AEA Ribbon Mics, FSK Audio (debuting ModPlay), and Ultimate Ears.
Guest Communications: Managed RSVP process, pre- and post-event email campaigns, and NFR plugin distribution.
Media Integration: Debuted Chandra Lynn’s personal growth book Root-to-Rise: How to Love Life and designed onsite brand presence.
Post-Event Engagement: Follow-up campaigns with recap photos, discount offers, and additional sponsor calls-to-action.
The result was a packed house of music producers, audio professionals, and creatives celebrating innovation in music technology and wellness. A powerful example of cross-brand alignment and experience design.
