Scope of Work:
Glow Marketing provided end-to-end support for Music Expo 25, a premier two-day conference for music makers, producers, and audio professionals. Our team played a key role in driving attendance, increasing sponsor value, and generating press coverage for the event.

Services Provided:

  • Attendee Marketing Strategy: Developed and executed a multi-channel campaign targeting musicians, audio engineers, and students. Included email marketing, affiliate promotions, social content, and ticket discount partnerships.

  • Sponsorship & Exhibitor Relations: Managed outreach, onboarding, and communications for over 20 brands including Focusrite, Neumann, Output, and ROLI.

  • Public Relations: Secured media coverage in top industry outlets including Sound on Sound, Tape Op, KVR Audio, and a broadcast segment on KPIX/CBS San Francisco.

  • Onsite Brand Experience: Consulted on session flow, brand activations, and attendee journey to enhance engagement and value for all partners.

Outcome:
Music Expo 25 was a highly attended, high-energy event with over 25 educational sessions and product demos. Feedback from sponsors, speakers, and attendees confirmed a successful and inspiring experience.
