Keith McMillen Instruments – Product Launches

PROJECT:
Product launch and promotion of four Keith McMillen Instrument’s products: Batt-O-Meter, K-Bow, SoftStep, and Stringport

CONCEPT & PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS:
Glow was tasked with developing the marketing campaign for each of Keith McMillen Instrument’s new technologies. Strategic messaging and informational copy on each product was developed, including press releases, website copy, dealer one-sheets, press packages, and investor documents. Glow assisted in developing ad creative and visuals.

COLLATERAL:
The launches were supported with creation of press releases, website copy, social media campaign, and dealer sheets. Outreach to online and print press sources resulted in extensive coverage of Keith McMillen Instrument news. Ads packages for print and online media were secured and all deliverables arranged. Interviews and demonstrations were set up via Glow Marketing at major industry trade shows.

RESULTS:

Awareness of Keith McMillen Instruments products grew rapidly due to press reviews in major industry magazine and websites. Visits to Keith McMillen Instrument’s Batt-O-Meter website increased by a reported 7,475% after the release of one of the press releases written by Glow Marketing. Batt-O-Meters placed in 50% of the distributors in the music technology market within the first 8 months of release. A large fan base was created through the new Keith McMillen Instruments social networks that helped promote all products and make new connections.
